Black-bin drop-offprobable
Person in a pink/floral long garment using a walker opens a black bin and lowers a light-colored item inside; the bin rim partly obscures release.
Person in a dark top with a brown shoulder bag carries a folded metal-framed item to the far end of the black-bin row, opens a lid, and leaves the item there. Exact final placement is partly obscured.
Person in a light jacket and dark red trousers repeatedly reaches into or over a blue bin while holding a bag. Direction of transfer is unclear; this is not counted as a confirmed drop-off. Continues in b20-004.
Person in a blue T-shirt and red shorts handles blue-bin contents, then walks away carrying a filled blue bag with visible bottle-shaped containers. This establishes removal of some material, not that all blue bins were emptied.
Person in a blue T-shirt and red shorts returns carrying a filled blue bag and moves or opens a blue bin. Final disposition of the carried bag is unclear in this interval.
Person in a green outfit and cap brings cardboard and a bottle-shaped object, leaves the cardboard in the side area outside this view, and briefly opens a blue bin. A release into the bin is not clearly resolved.
Person in a gray T-shirt and dark shorts brings a yellowish bag and flattened cardboard. The bag disappears while they are at a blue-bin opening; the body obscures the release. Cardboard is then taken toward the side area.
Black-bin collection: a person in a white sleeveless shirt lifts large black liners out, then fits fresh liners. A person in a plaid overshirt assists with a handtruck. Work continues in c21-013.
Person in a plaid shirt opens and reaches into the blue bins, handles material beside the collection cart, and carries a clear bag and cardboard toward the black-bin service area. This shows removal/servicing, but does not establish that every blue bin was emptied.
Person in a light top and dark red trousers with a small rolling cart opens the blue bins and repeatedly handles material at the openings. The images do not clearly establish whether material is being added or removed.
Person in a light patterned blouse brings a white Mountain Valley cardboard carton to the blue bins, opens a lid and places the carton/packaging at the opening. Leaves without the carton, still carrying a brown paper bag and handbag.
After the black-bin visit at 14:49, the person in the white printed T-shirt returns carrying a green plastic bottle/container, opens a blue-bin lid, and leaves without the container, pushing the cart away.
Person in a plaid shirt opens the blue bins and handles a green container and a light liner/bag, then moves the collection cart toward the black-bin area. Servicing/removal is visible; the view does not establish that all blue bins were emptied.
Black-bin collection: person in a plaid overshirt opens several bins, lifts filled liners out, and carries material toward the rear service door. Bins are closed again in c21-041.
Person in a red long-sleeved shirt brings soda cartons, flattens them on the floor beside the blue bins, and leaves without them. Their final placement is partly hidden by the bins and doorway.
Person in a navy quilted jacket and cap sorts cardboard and white foam packaging beside the nearest black bins, then opens a bin and puts the remaining foam inside. Leaves without the packaging.
Person in a gray hoodie and green trousers carries a brown paper bag and a clear container to a blue bin, lowers the items at the opening, and leaves empty-handed.
Person in a red shirt brings a flat brown item and a white bag to the blue bins, handles the opening, then moves away still carrying the white bag. Placement of the brown item appears to occur at the bin but is partly obscured.
Recording availability was checked for the entire day on both cameras. All retrieved motion intervals were screened using sampled keyframes (approximately one image every three seconds); candidate interactions received closer frame inspection. Camera 21 covers the black bins; Camera 20 provides a cropped view of the blue-bin corridor. Passersby without observed bin interaction are omitted.
This is a motion-based review, not a continuous frame-by-frame watch. Recorder motion detection, occlusion and sampling can miss activity. “Confirmed” means the described action is supported by the images; it does not establish identity, residence, bag contents or wrongdoing. Counts are visits/entries, not unique people. Blue-bin activity may also appear in the same person's black-bin visit.
Screenshots retain the recorder clock. Exported clips are context excerpts, not necessarily the entire service sequence. Images are scaled or cropped for readability without altering their contents.
